"I did bases before the game, and that felt really good," Pollock said. "I haven't really felt anything since [March 12], so that's a good sign."
Pollock is expected to fully participate in a Minor League game Tuesday, then rest Wednesday, which is an off-day for the D-backs. If all goes well, it's possible Pollock could be back in the big league lineup Thursday.
"We were really excited to get him back on the field," manager Torey Lovullo said. "It's a good sign for us, so we're excited about it."
