PHOENIX -- For the first two weeks of the season, it seems, the only thing that stopped Chris Young was the center-field wall at Chase Field.
Young injured his right shoulder when he crashed into the wall on Tuesday night, and the injury landed him on the 15-day disabled list.
The contusion in his shoulder interrupted what has been an All-Star start to the season for Young, who hit five home runs in his first 39 at-bats and ranked among the National League leaders in most power categories.
Young appeared in the 2010 All-Star Game, in Anaheim, and D-backs fans can help him get to the 2012 game, in Kansas City.
Fans can cast their votes for starters up to 25 times at MLB.com and all 30 club sites -- online or with a mobile device -- using the 2012 All-Star Game MLB.com ballot until Thursday, June 28, at 8:59 p.m. MST.
Fans can also once again take part in the State Farm Home Run Derby Fan Poll. And the voting doesn't end there.
