PHOENIX -- The D-backs will open their 2013 Spring Training schedule on Feb. 23 against the Rockies at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick.
It will be the first of 36 spring games and the first of 17 home games and two road games at Salt River Fields, which the team shares with the Rockies.
In addition, the D-backs will play a pair of exhibition games against the Reds at Chase Field on March 29 and 30 just prior to their regular-season opener against the Cardinals on April 1.
The D-backs will square off nine times against their National League West rivals with three games against the Rockies and two each against the Giants, Padres and Dodgers.
With the 2013 World Baseball Classic's first round being played in Arizona, the D-backs will face Team Mexico in an exhibition game on March 5 at 7:10 p.m. MT at Salt River Fields.
The D-backs will play six night games during the spring, including one at Chase Field against the Reds and one against the Indians at Goodyear Ballpark.
The D-backs sold out 12 spring games last year and the D-backs' average Spring Training attendance of 11,677 was the highest in the Majors.
Tickets for all games at Salt River Fields are priced from $8-$27. General admission lawn seating that will hold 4,000 people will be $8 and tickets for 7,000 reserved seats in the seating bowl range from $18-$27.
The D-backs Plan, which offers tickets for each of their 17 home games at Salt River Fields, ranges in price from $136-$459. The two exhibition games held at Chase Field are not included in the Spring Training season ticket package, but are available in the D-backs' regular season ticket packages.
Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian community members and D-backs and Rockies season-ticket holders may purchase season-ticket plans for Spring Training games at Salt River Fields exclusively between Dec. 17-19. Season-ticket plans for the D-backs' 19 home games and all 33 Spring Training games at Salt River Fields featuring the D-backs and Rockies will go on sale to the public beginning Dec. 20.
Individual game tickets for all 33 games at Salt River Fields will go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. MT on Jan. 5. Tickets can be purchased in person at the D-backs ticket office at Chase Field, or at dbacks.com/spring. Individual tickets for the two exhibition games at Chase Field will go on sale at a later date.
