CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH: Robert Adams, 92, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Adams recently retired after serving as a D-backs Guest Service Representative for 15 seasons. Adams was diagnosed with a stomach aneurism and is living day-to-day but will fulfill his life-long dream of the throwing out the first pitch. 

SCHOOL CHALLENGE GRANT WINNERS: Winners from the $150,000 School Challenge, presented by University of Phoenix, will be presented with a $5,000 check from the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and University of Phoenix during a pregame ceremony. Winners were selected last fall through an online grant process to help make improvements to schools across the state.

POST-GAME FIREWORKS presented by GILA RIVER CASINOS

APS GREEN SERIES: The D-backs will kick off the three-day series with a special green recyclable bag giveaway, courtesy of APS, to the first 10,000 fans at Chase Field. Fans are also encouraged to sign up to be an APS Energy All-Star at www.aps.com/energyallstar or Facebook.com/APSFYI for a chance to win a VIP package to a future D-backs game. In addition, APS will have educational items on display in the Gila River Casinos Plaza throughout the entire Green Series.  

AUTISM AWARENESS DAY: MLB has teamed up with Autism Speaks in a league-wide effort to support Autism Awareness. The Sandlot will be exclusively open to Autistic families during the first hour after doors are open to the game. In addition, Autistic families are invited to take part in a pre-game parade around the warning track. Throughout the game, kids with autism will participate in several activities including serving as the Play Ball Kid and participating in the Hot Dog Derby.  

COLLEGE NIGHT: D-backs fans can show their college ID to get a $5 Infield Reserve seat ($16 value) or a lower-level ticket for just $15. For more info, visit www.dbacks.com/college.

SCHOOL FAMILY NIGHT: Local schools will be recognized during a pregame ceremony on the field and will serve as a fundraising opportunity in which proceeds from ticket sales through this program will be donated right back to the schools that participate.

ASU PITCHFORK AWARD WINNERS: The D-backs will recognize winners of the annual ASU Pitchfork Awards in a special pregame ceremony. The awards recognize students in various categories, including Changemaker Entrepreneur of the Year, Outstanding Sustainable Project and Outstanding NCAA Student Athlete among 24 other categories.

ARIZONA ALL-STARS: Youth sports leagues will be recognized in a pregame parade around the field. The event also serves as a fundraiser for youth sports teams. Last year, the program raised more than $80,000 that went back to Little Leagues across the state of Arizona.

STREET FESTIVAL: Starting at 2 p.m. the D-backs will have a Street Festival set up at 4th Street and Jackson with food trucks, D-backs inflatables, music, activities and more. For more information, visit www.dbacks.com/streetfest.

APS GREEN SERIES: APS will have three electric car charging stations and electric cars on display during the Street Festival at 4th Street and Jackson. This marks the debut of the electric car charging stations that will be a permanent fixture. In addition, APS will hand out 10,000 CFL light bulbs as people exit the stadium after the game. 

STITCH N' PITCH: Fans are encouraged to bring their knitting, stitching, quilting and other needle arts projects to the game to meet other enthusiasts and learn best techniques. A portion of the proceeds from Stitch N' Pitch sales will benefit Project Linus, an organization that provides blankets for critically ill children. In addition, fans who purchase the special Stitch N' Pitch ticket package will receive a free Stitch N' Pitch tote bag. For more information, visit www.dbacks.com/stitch.

D-BACKS WEDDING AT CHASE FIELD: A couple will get married in D-backs gear starting at 2:30 p.m. above the third base dugout and the entire wedding party will enjoy the game from a suite.

CHOIR NIGHT: More than 500 local youth, mostly junior high school and high school, will sing the national anthem from the warning track.

DONATE LIFE: Representatives from Donate Life will be located at the Community Clubhouse along the concourse to create awareness and encourage people to register for organ and tissue donation. More than 650 people will be at the game wearing the Donate Life T-shirt to help encourage others to sign up.

BIG O TIRES BIG SHOT AT THE BALLPARK: The D-backs will recognize winners from the Big O Tires Big Shot at the Ballpark program during a special pregame ceremony. During the school year, each Big O Tires location in Arizona teamed up with a local elementary school to reward 10 students for excelling inside and outside of the classroom. In addition, the winners received a T-shirt and four tickets to the game courtesy of Big O Tires. 

FUTURE EDUCATORS OF AMERICA: More than 500 students from the Future Educators of America will recognize board members and state competition winner during a pregame ceremony on the field. The winners were chosen from the Career & Technical Education Program providing career preparation, personal leadership training, professional development and field experience for high school juniors & seniors who are seeking future careers as teachers.

APS GREEN SERIES: Kids will be able to get their face painted by the APS Clown Troupe in the Sandlot and can meet Watt Waster at Baxter's Den during the 4th inning and in the Sandlot during the 7th-inning stretch.

BIKE TO THE BALLPARK: As part of the APS Green Series, more than 100 fans, including Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton, will bike to Chase Field from Indian Steele Park prior to the game. JOE GARAGIOLA, SR. TO SIGN OFF FOR LAST TIME: D-backs broadcaster Joe Garagiola, Sr. announced his retirement from broadcasting on Feb. 20 and will sign off the air for the last time during the game broadcast on FOX Sports Arizona. He will also be recognized during a special pregame ceremony. 

CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH: Erik Humphrey, a patient at Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Humphrey was diagnosed with a deadly brain tumor in 2003, but after aggressive treatment from Dr. Kris Smith, his tumor has not returned. Humphrey is one of many special patient stories shared through the Health Wealth Raffle, which supports the work at Barrow and St. Joseph's Hospital.

MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS 50% OFF SUNDAYS: Every Sunday home game, the D-backs offer 50 percent off single-game ticket prices for all military active duty, reserve, retired and veterans, as well as active or retired fire and police personnel with valid ID. All-You-Can-Eat tickets are excluded from this offer and can only be redeemed for up to four tickets.

SUBWAY KIDS TAKE THE FIELD: Kids ages 7-15 can enter for the chance to "Take the Field" with D-backs players at every Sunday home game prior to the National Anthem. Entry forms are available at Subway.

CHEVROLET "PLAY BALL" KID: Phoenix-area Little League teams will be recognized on the field before the game and one lucky team member will get to say "Play Ball" at the start of the game. Fans can register at a local Chevrolet dealer.

KIDS RUN THE BASES: Kids ages 15 and younger are invited to run the bases after the game and can line up at section 110 immediately following the game.

COLD STONE KIDS SUNDAYS: Each Sunday home game, one winner is selected to deliver the lineup card to the umpires with a D-backs coach before the game and deliver Cold Stone Ice Cream to the D-backs' broadcast booths. Winners are selected from applications that can be picked up at a local Cold Stone Creamery location.

NO CHEW CREW presented by DELTA DENTAL: No Chew Crew members receive a free ticket to every Sunday game and a toothbrush, courtesy of Delta Dental, when they pledge awareness of the harmful effects of spit tobacco. BAXTER AT PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL TELETHON - APR. 10: Baxter will drop by the Phoenix Children's Hospital between 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. to help with the Second Annual ABC15 Telethon to benefit Phoenix Children's Hospital.

HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL - Apr. 11: Chase Field will play host to a High School baseball doubleheader as part of the High School Baseball Series fundraising opportunity. The first game set for 3 p.m. between Desert Vista and Corona del Sol. The second game will begin at 7 p.m. between Boulder Creek and Coconino.

HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL - Apr. 13: Chase Field will play host to a High School baseball game as part of the High School Baseball Series fundraising opportunity. The baseball game with start at 9 a.m. and will feature a matchup between Hamilton and Mesquite.

D-BACKS BASEBALL ACADEMY YOUTH CLINICS: D-backs Baseball Academy coaches will host two free clinics for kids at Futures Field located in the Sandlot at each D-backs home game starting one hour before first pitch and at the end of the fourth inning.
